Interstate 185

Interstate 185 (aka I-185) is a 49 mile (80 km) secondary interstate in western Georgia. It provides a freeway connection from Columbus & Fort Benning to Atlanta via Interstate 85. Its southern terminus is at US Highway 27, US Highway 280, and Georgia State Highway 520 in Columbus, just north of Fort Benning; south of this interchange, the freeway continues to its southern terminus at Fort Benning. Its northern terminus is where it merges into Interstate 85 near LaGrange Georgia.
